Founded In Istanbul
ENERP was founded in 2021 for one purpose: to put specialised people on power generation assets. Not to sell a product, not to hold a franchise - to supply the crews that OEMs and O&M organisations need on site, qualified and documented, when a unit comes down.
Crews Start Travelling
Thirty-eight projects, and the first year our people badged into plants in Uzbekistan, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, Nigeria and Bangladesh. Five further management systems certified.
From Controls Into Mechanical
Scope widened from control panels to open casings: major inspections on heavy duty frames, hot section work on aeroderivatives, and steam turbine campaigns alongside them.
Installation Work In Volume
A 65-day HP casing replacement on a steam turbine in the United Kingdom, and the first multi-unit aeroderivative installation scopes with resident advisors on site.
Fewer Jobs, Bigger Scopes
Average time on site rose from 15 days to 26 as the work shifted towards long campaigns, including a five-unit installation programme running 140 days.
162 Projects, 17 Countries
A resident team of thirteen now commissions utility-scale solar PV plants on behalf of an OEM, alongside the outage crews. Figures cover January to August.
Why We Exist, And Where We Are Going
Mission
To supply the power generation industry with specialised field service people, mobilised as one crew under one contract, so that our customers keep the outage window they planned. Our people are qualified and documented before they arrive on site, and the unit is handed back with the records that prove what was done to it.
Vision
To be the independent field service partner that OEMs, O&M organisations and plant owners across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia call first - not because we are the largest, but because a crew that has opened the machine before is already on the list. As the fleet changes, our people change with it: the conventional assets running today, and the renewable ones being commissioned alongside them.
What We Stand For
Safety First
Stop-Work Authority
Our own EHS officers travel with the crew on major scopes and can stop work. Toolbox talks are held and recorded every shift.
Technical Excellence
Certified People
Qualifications are held per person and submitted with the mobilisation pack. Between campaigns they are renewed to ensure readiness.
Reliability & Integrity
Reliability & Integrity
We refuse work we cannot crew properly at the quotation stage rather than on day nine. Every claim traces back to a signed job.
Innovation & Adaptability
Whatever The Machine
From 30 MW aeroderivatives to F-class frames, plus generators and steam trains. We say so when we don't know the machine.
Sustainability
A Longer Life For The Asset
The greenest outcome in this business is a machine that runs efficiently and is not replaced early. That is what a well-executed inspection delivers.
Global Commitment
The Same Standard
Seventeen countries, one set of forms. The reporting, the safety rules and the handover pack are identical whether the site is an hour from the office or three time zones away.
Safety, Quality And The Paperwork Behind Them
01
Daily
Toolbox talks are held and recorded every shift on a standard form, signed by the crew.
02
Per Person
Every item of personal protective equipment is issued against a signed record, so crew equipment status is auditable at any point in the outage.
03
Per Mobilisation
Travel, assignment and site authorisation documents are issued before departure, together with visas, permits and medicals.
04
Per Job
Findings, measurements and photographs are recorded as the work proceeds and handed over with the unit.
05
Per Outage
One report per day to a single point of contact, so the customer never learns about a delay at the closing meeting.
06
On Site
Our own HSE officers travel with the crew on major scopes rather than being borrowed from the plant.
Certification
ISO 9001
Quality management
The reason our reporting looks the same on the hundredth job as it did on the first: inspection records, daily reports and handover packs come off controlled forms, not out of somebody's notebook.
ISO 45001
Occupational health & safety
Toolbox talks every shift, PPE issued against signed records, and our own HSE officers travelling with the crew on major scopes. Offshore this is the price of entry; we treat onshore the same way.
ISO 14001
Environmental management
Waste, oils and consumables are handled to the plant's environmental conditions and to ours, so an outage does not leave you with a compliance problem after the crew has flown home.
ISO 50001
Energy management
A discipline our customers know well, applied to our own operation. It also means we read performance data the way the people running the plant do.
ISO 10002
Customer satisfaction
A formal route for raising a complaint and a defined time to answer it. Rare in field service subcontracting, and the reason issues reach us before they reach your management.
ISO 27001
Information security
Drawings, control system configurations and plant data stay inside a controlled system. For an operator handing over unit data, that is not a formality.
Who You Deal With
One supervisor owns the scope on site and reports to a single point of contact in the office. No account manager relaying messages to a crew they have never met.
