Three Jobs That Show What The Reference List Does Not.
A list of 162 line items tells you we have been busy. It does not tell you what happens when a scope changes on day nine, or why a customer who first called us for a four-day controls job later handed us a major inspection. These three do.

Twenty-Two Outages On The Same Two 9FA Units
Our first job at this combined cycle plant, in 2021, was four days of control system support. Nothing about it was strategic. It was simply the work that was available, and we did it properly.
Over the following five years the same customer handed us borescope inspections, combustion inspections, gas compartment maintenance, generator rotor removal and re-installation, compressor blending, two hot gas path inspections in a single window, and finally a full major inspection with a crew of mechanical, controls, E&I, HSE, rigging and crane staff on site for thirty-two days.
Why It Compounded
- The same supervisors returned to the same machines, so strip-down time fell with each visit
- Findings from one outage were carried into the planning of the next
- Scope grew only as fast as the customer's confidence did - we never bid for the major inspection, we were asked

Installation campaign - Turkiye
Five Aeroderivative Units, From Site Survey To Running Plant
An OEM needed five LM2500-class units installed at a new site, with materials arriving from Italy and no room in the programme for a false start. We were brought in early - before installation, at the survey stage.
What Made It Work
- Surveying before mobilising, so material shortfalls surfaced months ahead of the crane
- Re-preservation during storage, so five units went to first fire in the condition they left the factory
- A resident advisor rather than rotating visitors, so nobody re-learned the site every fortnight
The work ran across three years in the right order: site surveys for the incoming material, then five re-preservation scopes and installation checks while the units waited, then the installation campaign itself with a resident field advisor on site throughout. The final installation phase alone ran 140 days.

Remote mobilisation - Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is our second market by volume, and every job there is a logistics exercise before it is an engineering one. Visas, work permits, medicals and site inductions for a full crew take longer to arrange than most of the outages take to execute.
What Travel Actually Costs
- A crew that has already badged into the plant mobilises in a fraction of the time of a first-timer
- We quote travel scopes at the same confidence as domestic ones because the paperwork route is already proven
- Emergency scopes are realistic in Central Asia only if the crew list is prepared before the call comes
Since 2022 we have delivered hot section exchanges, engine exchanges, topcase removals, borescope inspections, compressor stage replacement, NOx troubleshooting, control system upgrades and commissioning after unit re-location on LMS100 units there - including two commissioned after being physically re-located.
