Pumps, compressors, valves and control systems all sit on the same critical path, and a plant that has already mobilised a crew would rather not mobilise four more. Vibration Analysis
Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, process pumps, blowers, turboexpanders and gearboxes across refineries, petrochemical plants and fertiliser complexes. Work runs from planned overhaul and mechanical seal replacement through to vibration investigation on a machine nobody can explain. Our crews are used to permit-driven environments where the line has to be isolated, gas tested and signed for before a single bolt moves.

Everything outside the turbine hall that still stops the plant when it fails. Feedwater and cooling water pumps, fans and dampers, heat exchangers and condensers, air compressors and dryers, piping and support steel. Balance of plant is where outage scope quietly grows, so we plan it with the same discipline as the main machine: scope agreed, crew mix fixed, and any addition raised as a written variation rather than absorbed into the schedule.

Certification
Control valves, isolation valves and pressure safety valves, serviced in situ where the line allows and in the workshop where it does not. Scope covers stripping and lapping, seat and seal renewal, actuator overhaul, stroke testing and set-pressure verification. Every valve leaves with a test record and a tag, because the valve that has no certificate is the one the auditor asks about first.

Obsolescence is the quiet risk in most plants: the machine is healthy but the control system is no longer supported and spares no longer exist. We support migration and upgrade campaigns — controller and HMI replacement, historian and reporting, graphics rebuild, loop checking and functional testing — and stay through the first runs, when the questions actually appear. Work is planned so the outage window is driven by the mechanical scope, not by the software.

Logistics And In-Country Support
The part of a Turkish project that catches foreign contractors out is almost never the engineering. It is getting tools, spares and people onto the site legally and on time.
We have spent years moving crews and equipment into and out of Türkiye, and the same problems come up every time: a tool container held at customs because the paperwork names the wrong consignee, an ATA carnet that was never discharged on the previous job, a specialist who arrives without the right permit and cannot badge in. None of it is complicated once you have done it before. All of it costs days when you have not.
For customers based outside Türkiye we can carry that load entirely, or sit alongside your own logistics team as the local interface. The scope is deliberately practical: customs and temporary import handling, ATA carnet processing and discharge, freight forwarding and inland transport, bonded and general warehousing, site delivery and offloading, visa and work permit support, accommodation and transport for the crew, and local sourcing of consumables and rental equipment.
Because we run our own crews in the same country, this is not a service we subcontract and hope for. It is the process we already use for ourselves.

Consignee details, HS codes and carnet documentation checked against the actual packing list — the point at which most delays are created.
Customs clearance and temporary import handled locally, with a named contact who can attend the customs office in person.
Inland transport, escorting where required, offloading and secure storage until the crew needs the equipment.
Re-export and carnet discharge completed and evidenced, so the next job does not start with a problem inherited from this one.
